How It Works

Watch a video segment, then discuss the built-in questions together. Each segment covers a single lesson, so you can stop after one session or keep going — the pace is entirely up to you. The videos do the teaching; you just facilitate the conversation.

The series is designed to pair with either our Textbooks (for in-depth reading) or our single-subject Booklets (for shorter studies). It also works as a standalone resource for groups that prefer video-based learning.

Who It’s For

This video series works for families wanting a guided weekly devotion, church small groups looking for ready-made study sessions, homeschool co-ops that need a teacher-on-screen format, Sunday school or youth group leaders, and anyone who learns better by watching and discussing than by reading alone.

Why Families & Churches Love This Video Series

Press play and teach. No theology degree, no lesson prep, no public speaking required. The videos do the heavy lifting — you just watch and discuss.

Short segments, flexible pace. At roughly 8 minutes each, segments fit into any schedule. Watch one per day, one per week, or binge a whole subject in a sitting.

Built for groups. The included discussion guides turn every session into a real conversation. Works with groups of 2 or 200.

Three format options. Choose DVD, thumb drive, or streaming — whatever fits your setup. Streaming means you can start right now.

Pairs with the rest of the curriculum. Use alongside the Textbooks for the deepest experience, or alongside individual Booklets for focused single-subject studies. The Complete Bundle includes both textbooks and videos at a savings.

Do I need the textbooks or booklets to use the videos?

No. The video series includes its own built-in study guides and discussion questions. It works as a standalone resource. The textbooks and booklets add depth — about 20% more content — but they’re not required?

What’s the difference between the three formats?

DVD is a physical disc set mailed to you. Thumb drive is a USB with all video files for offline playback on computers, TVs, or projectors. Streaming gives you instant access via YouTube — no shipping wait, no physical media needed. The content is identical across all three.

How long are the video segments?

Each segment averages about 8 minutes. Some are slightly shorter, some slightly longer. A full subject session runs roughly 60–90 minutes total, but you can stop and start between segments at any point.

Do I need training to lead a group with this?

No. The videos do the teaching. Each session includes discussion questions you can use as-is. If you can press play and read a question out loud, you’re ready.

Who is this for?

Anyone ages 9 to 99. Families, teens, small groups, homeschool co-ops, Sunday school classes, youth groups, and individual adults all use this video series.

Can I use this for homeschool?

Yes. Many families use the video series as the teaching component of a full-semester worldview course, paired with the textbooks for reading assignments and grading. It also works well for homeschool co-ops where a parent doesn’t want to lecture — the video teaches, the group discusses.

Can I use this for a church small group?

Yes. The video-plus-discussion format is built for group settings. Many churches cover one subject per month, watching one or two segments per weekly meeting and discussing the questions together.

How long does it take to complete the full series?

The 13 hours of video content can be completed in as little as a few weeks (intensive) or stretched over one to two years (one segment per week). Most groups land somewhere in between.

What’s the difference between this and the Complete Bundle?

This product includes the video series only. The Complete Bundle adds the two-volume “You Are What You Think” Textbook Set for deeper personal study. If you want both, the bundle saves you money.

Can I preview the content before buying?

Yes. Visit the GTI Ministries YouTube channel to see sample segments from the series.
